Pink Skies is a mini collection of ten original acrylic paintings on paper—five 6”x6” and five 3.5”x3.5” minis—created with the quiet intention of capturing light, love, and hope. The inspiration came from my niece, Emilia, who adored a pink sky in my spring collection and asked for a big one to hang in her room. Her sweet request became the heart of this series.
In sailor’s lore, a pink sky at night means good weather is coming. That simple idea stuck with me—just as Emilia’s joy did—and shaped each painting in this collection. Pink Skies is my prayer for calm days, soft light, and brighter horizons.
